I have been going here for years and have always received excellent, friendly service and often with them going above and beyond. Mr. Hull in the showroom was a life-saver today in helping me sort of a last minute need for an item. I made the mistake of ordering a product from Lowe's and shouldn't have been surprised when the order backfired. Mr. Hull was able to sort out the issue and at a competitive price. I should also mention that the guys at the party counter have always been helpful in making recommendations when I needed plumbing items for my business and have never once been condescending or brushed me off because I'm a woman. They have even recommended equivalent products for cost savings when applicable. Frankly for all of your kitchen, bath, and plumbing needs, this should be your first stop.

I have visited the showroom on numerous occasions and I always was treated respectfully and this review is not aimed at that side of the business. My experience today was with the parts department and wow I was so disappointed/angry that when I left, I actually took the time to sign on and leave this review. The only person working the counter was wearing a black shirt not sure if that made him a manager and glasses and within a few seconds of being there he radiated aggravation. I am not sure if it was just a bad day for him or what, but he treated me so horrible that I don't think I could do it justice trying to describe it. Basically, he was just mean for no reason, he was unusually rude and this one person has made me not want to go back to this store. Not that one customer really has a say in how a company is run but I really suggest you look into anger management for some of your employees or he might scare away even more customers.
