He came in, assessed what had to be done, gave us a more than fair price and got to work. He showed up when he said he would, worked efficiently and neatly, and replaced our basement sink and main drain pipes. Now we have a basement sink we can actually use and can stop worrying about the potential of a flooded basement. In addition he replaced our exterior spigot that always leaked. This is not the first job we had Lou do and every time he has come in and gotten the job done when he said he would. And at a competitive, fair price. We give Lou our recommendation with no reservations.

Lou is very timely and professional. I needed something fixed on my toilet come to find out I needed a brand new toilet all together. He got back to me very quickly that day when I called him and even came out to assess a bad valve with no charge. The next day he installed my brand new toilet for a very reasonable price in a very short amount of time.
