Extremely poor and unprofessional service. I hired them to install the drain and diverter plumbing for my new tub/shower. Firstly, they verbally quoted me that it would only take 2-3 hours at 90/hr., but ended up charging me over 650. Secondly, I had to call to have them come back THREE times to fix the leaking plumbing and improper install. Lastly, they never installed the drain pipes "plumb" upright, which has caused the drain stop to not work and therefore my tub won't drain. When I originally asked why it was so sticky, the plumber blamed it on the poor quality Delta fixture I bought at Lowes, despite me questioning the non-plumb drain line into which the drain stop is supposed to travel up and down easily. I now have to pay another plumber to fix their horrendous "craftmanship." Don't waste your money or time on this company!

Recently I had issues with my well and water system. It started with the loss of hot water. I called Chris shorelines owner left a message and he immediately returned my call. Chris came later that day and fixed the problem. Chris also diagnosed that my holding tank was bad . A day later that problem was fixed as well. Shoreline plumbing provides quick service and quality work and most importantly at a affordable price. Chris did a great job and he was also very friendly and professional.
