Chris Randall work diligently to get the filter for our Halo Water system. We were missing the wrench to remove the filter and he was able to find one elsewhere and got the filter changed. Chris is an excellent example of a polite, attentive and well spoken person who cares a great deal about the quality of his work. He is a real asset to his company and we enjoyed working with him

We have used Lighten Up several times. Ryan and Wes installed a new furnace today. They were thorough, explained the new system, and made sure we were happy with the process. They came quickly so we could have heat. Very happy with their service, attention to detail, and friendliness - and patience with an overly curious cat. Definitely recommend.

For months Lighten up has been working with us to repair and then eventually replace our heating system. They have been very fair and honest about what was goin on. Their team was here this week to replace the system after a total failure system was 30+years old and they had to rearrange their schedule. Then the final invoice was less than the quote! Everyone has been helpful and professional from the office staff to the techs and management. All is working well. Would make them my first choice for any future needs.
