We recently discovered a slow leak coming through a cement wall in the basement. We were able to schedule an appointment right away with Jim. He diagnosed the potential problem, but suggested we contact the water authority to confirm the problem was within the house. The inspector arrived and confirmed the slow leak was ours. He asked what estimate the plumber had given us to repair/replace the copper piping. When we told him, he informed us that we had a great plumber as some others would charge us significantly more just for the heck of it. The repairs were done by Jim and his crew. They were friendly, professional, respectful and trustworthy and within budget. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly. Exceptional!

Fixed our back flow valve. Installed a water compression tank. Also fixed our kitchen sink. Will definitely call on them again. Also when they sweated in the back flow valve in did not even burn anything around it. Good work recommend them highly. Super nice as well. Thank you very much!!!

This is how a company should operate! Excellent work, cleaned up when they finished and stayed on track with the estimate. Very courteous staff! We needed a back flow valve installed to be up to code and they came in at a much better rate than any of the other estimates we received.
