Through a friend I was put in touch with Cesar and he directed me over the phone how to turn the water off. He came that evening at 5:30pm which I greatly appreciated. He put a quality copper pipe in versus the braided stuff. His price was affordable and I mostly appreciated his willingness to come late after a long day. I will use this company again. | Quoc-Duy Dinh | I wish I could give a 0 star rating. My HOA hired these people to look at a leak in my ceiling. They cut holes in the ceiling and found a leak. However, they stated that the leak is coming from the upstairs neighbor and they weren't going to fix it because the neighbor wants to use a different plumbing service. However, they left the holes in the ceiling and didn't fix it. So now I still have a leaking pipe with two holes in my bathroom ceiling. Thanks Premier Building Services for making everything worse! |

Cesar was super friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced to top it all off. The guys he sent out to do the work were also very friendly, competent and professional and got the work done as quick as possible to get us heat and hot water! So grateful for these guys! Great experience all around! I will definitely keep their number on speed dial for the next time I need them! I will be referring all my friends to Premier Building Services, for sure!
