I spent some time thinking about how to write this review because I understand that the quality of work is what makes a business good or great. When I first called, I was received cordially and a service technician was sent promptly to assess my water heater. I clearly needed a new heater, and he gave me a series of estimates that, at the conclusion of the job, was honored. After a couple of days, I called back and two new technicians were sent to complete the job. During the install, the technician burned my wall substantially while soldering the pipes and made a two hour job take closer to an all day occurrence ending at around the 5 1/2 hour mark. The water heater works great, but the pipe extension leading to my drain was installed on the drip pan after the water heater had been filled, and the piece of PVC pipe screwed onto the drip pan does not even lead to my drain. It is an angle of more than 6 inches away from the drain. If there is an issue with leaking, the drip pan will catch the water, but it will drain out a considerable distance from my drain. The water pressure regulator that was installed was done quickly and efficiently. Upon further inspection, however, from a second contractor, it was "done sloppy" and had to be readjusted. For a 3000 dollar job, I would have expected a much higher attention to detail. I paid for the good membership that they offer, but I really doubt that I will ever use it because, unfortunately, this experience put a pretty sour taste in my mouth.

Patterson plumbing & heating provided excellent service. We needed a new furnace and were freezing- and they did a great job of getting us a wonderful new furnace. They were also one of the most transparent companies I have seen on cost and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with their service. They were professional, trustworthy, and good people to work with all around. I know we did pay a little more but also know we got the best! Thanks guys!

BEWARE!!!!! This company has no integrity. One year later and this company still hasn't replaced the cement in front of my driveway from a job they did over a year ago. It has caused my sewer line to become disconnected from the tap. Company admits they forgot to put the cement back but denies any responsibility for my damages. I spoke to engineers and insurance adjusters who are 100 percent that they are responsible because of the situation . Garbage trucks and traffic have been hitting the water inundated pot hole for over a year at high speeds. These are bad people with no morals! My girlfriend is pregnant and these people couldn't care any less.
