In a word. . . Excellent!. Parker Heating and Air replaced our old and broken glowcore boiler with a new efficient Navien system. Having no heat along with no hot water is a major disruption so when our older system stopped working we called the the folks at Parker Heating and Air, they were understanding to our situation and were very accommodating. After going through all the options we decided for a replacement system. Within a very short time their professional team John and Tim were on-site installing a new efficient Navien system in our house. The new system is wonderful and I would not hesitate to call on them again for work, I recommend them 100. I dont have a good 'before' photo of the removed rats-nest looking setup but this 'after' photo is aesthetically and efficiently a much better unit hands-down.

Wolfgang and Jacob were fantastic! They installed a Aprilair 800 steam humidifier in my home. The time they took to in y'all the system was well within the quoted time. They removed and old system and patched the wholes in my duct rocks and took the old unit away. Everything was done above expectation. I would hesitate to use this company again. Especially if they send these two with them. The electrician they sub too was phenomenal. He listened to my specific need on a sub panel and made sure it was done well above my expectations again. Don't hesitate! They maybe a little more then the rest but you get permits when they are needed and no corners are cut. Well worth it.
