Why wasn't I told when I scheduled for an estimate that I would be charged for it? My time is valuable, too, you know, and I would not have scheduled you all for an estimate if I'd known that it would cost me 150 dollars.

Shane and Scott did an outstanding job installing my new sink with all new plumbing. They were professional and friendly, and the quality was top-notch. I will be scheduling more work with them to install a propane gas line. Thank you!

We called this company out to determine what the gas/odor smell was that was coming from our basement. We have a hot water radiant system with a boiler. We were told up front that there would be a 56 charge for the drive out. Daniel and Daniel were courteous and pleasant and arrived on time. Our propane representative had been here and was finished checking for leaks when they arrived. He could not find the source of the gas odor and told them that before he left. Daniel and Daniel spent 30 mins at tops walking around the basement trying to find the odor. They never double checked for propane leaks, or checked the boiler or flame, no valves were checked and they spent the time just sniffing for odor. We were shocked when they charged 168 for this “service”. The odor is still there and they said it was probably caused from the remodeling we were doing to the ceiling. In order to have the boiler system cleaned it was going to cost close to 500. No thanks. Will have to call another company out! Very disappointed.
