We had the misfortune of having these guys out to our neighborhood. They only have us 3 days notice that they were going to cut off our sewer line for an entire day. They did not provide portable toilets so I don't know how they expected us to manage without being able to flush or wash or cook or clean all day. We watched crew member after crew member arrive and stand in the shade doing absolutely nothing. A few hours later they finally began to work, closing down one of the two road lanes and poorly guiding traffic. At some point while we weren't watching they packed up and left without making any real progress on the work. And only left us a note in the mailbox to alert us that is was safe to use the sewer again. Unfortunately, they will only be providing 48 hours notice before they start again but probably only in the mailbox so who knows when we'll actually get the notice. And we'll have to spend another day without the ability to flush or wash or bathe all because the city couldn't hire someone more competent than this company.
