| Doug O'Brien | Absolutely as dishonest a service provider as I have ever met. Tried to get a rough estimate over the phone for some pretty basic work and wouldn't do it without coming out with a charge of 65 for the estimate to be credited against work done. Once onsite he wouldn't provide an estimate unless I agreed to a 140 consulting fee. II pressed him to just give me an idea on fixing a leaking outdoor faucet and he said between 175 and 400 but he wouldn't confirm estimate until I signed paperwork for the 140 consulting fee! He was pushy, argumentative and yes, creepy. I told him I would write him the 65 check and that I wanted him to leave. Worst service experience I have ever had. Read other negative reviews as they are pretty consistent. Horrible!! |
