| Nicole Y | I had them put in a new furnace a while back. The owner seemed great when I was getting a quote, although I think it was all fake. I paid the 65 to have it inspected after, and I took time off because they said it had to be done. No one ever showed up for the inspection. When I called to see if it was ever done I couldn't get an answer or call back and I tried 3 times, one time was with the owner. I also think the furnace that was put in is too big for my house, it is so much louder than the previous one and costs me so much more, getting a new furnace did not save me any money at all. It has actually costed me more. Not a great experience. |
