Plumbing services by Superior Septic Services in Durango, Colorado

I wish I could say I've had the experience of the other reviews. I've made numerous calls to Superior Septic to schedule having my septic system pumped. Every time I call I have to leave a message. It doesn't matter if I call during business hours or not. I've received one call back and that was when I told them of the many calls I made. I scheduled an appointment for them to show up. Unfortunately something came up and I needed to reschedule. I called them and had to leave another message. Since I've had poor response from them by leaving messages, I decided to contact them via their messaging system on their website. I said I needed to reschedule. I was not contacted back. Instead, the day of the original appointment, I received a call from the guy at Superior septic that was actually going to perform the work saying they were running late. I told him I needed to reschedule and he said he'd let the office know. I have yet to hear from them to reschedule the appointment. This was three weeks ago. Not sure how they stay in business if they never call anyone back to do the work. Very disappointed.

Arrived on time, very courteous, worked quickly to get the job done, and explained exactly what our system needed.
