We had an estimate soon after, then some confirmation telephone calls. The estimate gave us 3 options. Once we were ready Colin was at our home starting the work. It took several days to complete the Navien Combi-Boiler installation, including the tankless water heater and recirculation pump system. Colin made sure we did not go without heat or hot water overnight. We are thrilled with our new system. Colin pulled the appropriate permits and Inspection literally took minutes.
