Ross V did a great job. Was upfront regarding price and work that needed to be accomplished. Pricing was very reasonable. Showed up on time and completed the work quickly. Would definitely hire again for next plumbing job.

I've used Rooterguy for my plumbing at my rental properties for almost 10 years. They always do an excellent job the first time. For me, that's critical. I don't like late night phone calls over some plumbing problem. Plumbing is important to do right the first time.They are not the cheapest plumber, nor the most expensive, they are right in the middle. But do you really want a cheap plumbing job?

Came home on a Friday afternoon to water in my basement, not even 24 hours later I was back up and running with a brand new water heater. Called around to multiple places and Rooter Guy was the most reasonably priced and was ready to come out right away. Ross from Rooter Guy did a great job. Was right on time and completed quicker than expected. He even did a full inspection of plumbing throughout the house to identify any areas that may be problematic in the future. He explained In detail every item he listed, which wasn't many so did not feel like he was up selling me. Great company and will definitely use again for all of my plumbing needs.
