Had an emergency back-up of our sewer line last Saturday. Rooter Town sent someone out within 2 hours to snake the line and could not get through the blockage. Clark came the following morning with a scope and determined we had several tree roots growing in through the joints but the pipes were good, thankfully. Clark recommended adding access points in the pipe to allow for a thorough cleaning. They had an excavation team out within an hour and we were up and running in no time. The excavators did an amazing job to not tear our lawn up and made a clean hole that patched up seamlessly. We were very happy with the promptness of Rooter Town in fixing our problem and the excellent service they provided to us.

My mom and grandma called them to come out a month and half ago because my grandmas basement flooded. They proceed to scope her line and tell her she had a broken pipe. So they said they would be back next day. The came and dug up her front yard for two days they did this. They told my mom and grandma it would be one price but when my mom got my grandma bank statement they had charged her double what they said. Not only that but my mom recently had to call them back because the drain back up again and they charged her another 395 saying it needed to snakes out. It shouldn't have had to been snakes out if they did it right the first time. Nobody has yet responded to my concerns from this company either. Do not use them. They take advantage of people just to make a quick buck.
