Great must stop shop if you are considering a bathroom or kitchen remodel. Kholer has a lot to choose from, and this store will give you a full understanding of the available options. Drew is who we worked with - the guy is fantastic - he did a great job listening to our needs and showing us our options. If you are serious about a remodel plan on spending at at least an hour initially to get the full run down of what appears to be affordable remodel options.

I echo similar sentiments from other low reviews. I spent 20 minutes trying to get help when walking in. When I finally did, my sales person, Nicole, seemed annoyed that I needed help. I had to aggressively try to buy a seat that the salesperson was seemingly trying not to sell to me and did not seem knowledgeable about smart toilets. She said it would be two weeks and they would let me know when it came in. 3-4 weeks later, I had to call the store multiple times to get updates. Now I am at the warehouse to pick it up, and no one is here to help me during store hours. I also was not given directions on how to pickup, I had to pry it out of the person answering the phone at the cherry creek store. The fixtures are fine, customer service/buying experience is just terrible. Update: after waiting 20 minutes at the warehouse, they told me they couldn't find it and they would “call me”, right..

This is an awesome store. The quality, fit, finish and durability of the Kohler products are simply second to none. This Signature store has a truly amazing and professional staff. Drew Mattocks and Connor Stevens really stand out - they helped us with fixtures, faucets, shower hardware and even a bathtub - ensuring we got exactly what we wanted and when we needed it and always at fantastic prices. I recommend this store and its staff with the highest possible rating.
