I have been attempting to get A simple answer regarding the “availability of service charge” where they charge you if you own an uninhabited lot that has a water line running along the road in front of the lot. Even if you are not connected to the water line or using the service. I wish to know what law or statute permits them to bill for something when I requested nothing of them and no service was actually rendered. No one has been able to answer this simple question and I have yet to receive the promised call back despite the fact I have called more than 5 times in over the last month or so ! |
