Plumbing services by United Site Services in Commerce City, Colorado

Opened up our closed account with another person without our knowledge. They never called our office to verify the service. I started receiving invoices and the corporate manager had to call United Site to see what was going on. Customer Service are always friendly, but they have no responsibility or education. I'm not paying for their services when I never authorized it.

Where I work use this service and the bathrooms never clean them as they should be and mark that they went to clean them and do not always go, there are days that you can not even enter these bathrooms

When calling regarding the rental of a port a potty, the customer rep was very helpful in getting started. I was told that I would have to pay the amount on the day I received it, but when I called to have them pick it up 5 months later, they charged me an extra months rental even though I called approximately 2 weeks prior to the due date and when I called their customer service, they told me that it's not the way they work and that they charge every 26th even though I wasn't told of this when in the first place. Never going to do business with them. One of the worst that I've had to do business with. I will make sure to tell anyone to go with a different company instead of them.
