I was given a quote and told that it would be honored until a few months when I could arrange for the repairs. Grant it, this was not written on the estimate. I called after I received the estimate, spoke with someone in the office, who said that would write a note in my file. When I called recently to have the work started, I was told that estimate would no longer apply. I was told the the "President" of the company left, as well as the estimator who came out to give the estimate. Two major red flags right there. I spoke with Jennifer whose only been with the company since June 2019 she was extremely rude to me. When I asked to speak to the new "president" she said that she was on the same level and I would hear the same thing. I was told the bid for the new hot water heater was going to be twice what I was quoted in June of 2019. Her voice was very loud and she kept cutting me off. When I told her she was being rude, she hung on me. Before she hung on me, I asked how they price in double from the last estimate. Her reply was, that's why he was no longer there. I initially reached out to this company because my neighbors have used them in the past and said good this things. But, apparently it's not the same owners and staff comes and goes.

Great experience. Shawn identified the problem quickly and was able to get replacement parts immediately. Within a couple of hours my boiler heater was working better than it ever had in the past I've had it for eight years. Wright was able to schedule my appointment same day and arrived as planned. I'd absolutely recommend them.
