Joe and Jr in the Cabinet area are awesome. We needed help getting several cabinets down with the lift and finding different sizes. These two men went above and beyond to help us find all of them after going to 3 Home Depot's that day! They loaded us up with a smile and a kind politeness even though we weren't sure of what we needed! Thank you for being awesome Joe and Jr!

That was the first Home Depot open in Colorado Springs I don't know maybe 24 or 25 years ago. I know that store like I knew the deer Trails of Upstate New York in the Catskill Mountains. There are some people I have known who have worked there for over 10 and 15 years. It's comfortable and most of the time the people know where everything is. Especially when corporate decide to move particular section from one place to another. Thankfully that store has pretty much remained the same though. The people that work there AR people who do their best to provide great customer service. I will admit I'm not happy about them putting in so many self-service counters and almost eliminating the cashier counters except for the two at the big doors. I don't personally think it was a great move. I don't even think it was a good move. I thank most people prefer at least some interpersonal relationship with the store that they are purchasing from. This is just becoming too much of a automated conglomeration of increased technology and less human contact. Which is never good for society as a whole.

A typical Home Depot. The one thing I've noticed after visiting many Home Depot's over the years is that they are almost identical from one location to another. If you you like Home Depot, you won't be disappointed with this location. There is plenty of parking and lots of good shopping nearby. Highly recommended.

Your line wraps all the way around the back of the store. Ridiculous, I am not standing in a line longer than Disney's Space Mountain Ride just to shop in your store. Lowes has Military Discount and no ridiculous line.

For Home Depot prices it's fine. For customer service, particularly at returns, they are less than helpful with zero empathy. I would not suggest buying plants here, if they die due to natural causes, good luck, even within their 'return policy'. There are multiple store locations, they are extremely helpful and grateful for your loyalty. This location doesn't give a damn.

It was days after Christmas, throughout the store empty cardboard displays waiting to be recycled we hope. Employees talking about the holiday season. Customer yelling at employees. Wondering why the can't help them on items that were bought elsewhere. Hats off to the young man who stood there and took it. It was an easy shopping experience with local homeowners not running into you. Shelves were stocked and easy to fill up your project list. Cashiers were friendly. Good experience.

Great as always! I stop in just to walk around sometimes. They keep the place clean and tidy. I do wish their employees would reach out to customers a bit more and ask if they need help. Otherwise it's a great store!

So I'm not sure if Home Depot realizes that a pandemic is going on . Many employees and customers. Employees coming right up to me even though I waved them away. No effort to clean cas registers or pin pad or door air anything. When I was leaving there were two employees standing a foot from me. I will remember how little they care about my life or their employees
