Furnace was not working properly. Marion Martinez was dispatched to analyze the problem. She arrived exactly on time, the problem was explained and she went to work immediately. In about 25 minutes she had resolved the issue. I recommend Marion Martinez.

I had Smith install central air in my home and they for starters were priced better than the other bids I received and were very professional. Based on my experience with my air conditioning I also had them do the electrical and mechanical when I finished my basement. I have no complaints and everything passed regional inspection and again price was competitive. I would definitely recommend Smith.

My furnace was acting up on and off and I called Smith Plumbing and Heating to find out what was going on. The man who answered the phone was great and scheduled an appointment for me yesterday. I was told the technician Francisco would be here between 10-12 am 11/8/2019 and he would call before he came. Francisco called my phone before he came and then he inspected the furnace cleaned off a part of the furnace that deals with the ignition and looked it over. Eventually he found during his investigation a faulty wire hook up on the electrical panel beneath the level where the ignition and gas feed in and replaced the wire and re channeled it so it would be in a better placement and re attached the new wire and my furnace works like a charm! Very courteous staff and technicians!
