I have known Mick for several years since the time when he ran a one man show to now as his business has expanded to include numerous employees. I was a little nervous at first when I discovered that Mick would be sending one of his employees. Steve was fantastic. He went the extra mile in dealing with an antiquated water heater and furnace system. He could have easily thrown up his hands and dismissed the project, but he put in a lot of extra work and charged us the initial quoted price despite probably doubling his time for the job. VERY ETHICAL, FAIR, PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIVE, and PROFESSIONAL. Everything a customer could ask for. M.D. Service Plumbing has our business permanently.
