Jason, from the beginning showed true professionalism during the bid process with his knowledge base regarding his skills and ability. He covered the code requirements for the project and made sure I understood what was needed to make the required changes. When he replaced the water heater, he was intent on keeping his work area clean and left it that way. These are the problem solvers! They answer their phone! I've had numerous plumbing issues. I had 3 other companies companies come out and none of them fixed the problem. They just gave up. I called Sure comfort and they stayed and found the source of the problem. Cleaned up the debris from the repair even. Cheryl runs the office and she is fabulous! Definitely make this your first call when you need a plumber.

Our sprinklers had been making a banging sound for months this summer. After having multiple sprinkler companies out with no luck in diagnosing the issue, we called Sure Comfort our to see if they could fix it. Dylan came out late in the evening on his birthday! and was able to immediately troubleshoot and fixed the problem with our pressure regulating valve. We are so relieved to not have to listen to the awful noise every time the sprinklers run! He was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to us, impressive since he was at the end of a very long day! We will definitely be calling these guys for any plumbing needs. They seem honest and their prices were reasonable.
