We recently purchased a Lennox AC unit from Cooper Green. We also had some heating issues. They handled it all and didn't try to over charge us on anything. In fact we were given a free humidifier to go on the heater. Thanks Steven! From sales to installation, the process was smooth and easy. We are extremely happy with the product and the service. We were so impressed with the Cooper team. Riley first came to inspect our 24 year old failing furnace -- leaving us a couple of electric heaters to get us through until Monday since it was the weekend. Riley explained in detail how the proposed job would be done and the modifications to the system. Couldn't be more impressed with Riley! The installers arrived Monday right on time - they had a big job with an air conditioner and furnace to install. They installed it by 8PM that night and it was snowing pretty hard at that point. What a team! You would really tell their passion for their work - you could tell it wasn't a rushed job just to get out before the snow fell. All of them were very personable and took care to be sure our wood floors were covered before the work was done - protecting them from all of the traffic. The inspector will be here soon, but certainly expect we'll pass with flying colors with this team! I highly recommend them. Side note: I heard about Riley and this team from my Next Door app - many of my neighbors were raving about Riley and the team, sure glad I followed their recommendation!

Had the Cooper Service Department out to my home today to install a much needed whole house humidifier unit. The two technicians Cameron & Matthew that performed the installation were extremely professional, informative, and patient with me while explaining the operation and settings on the new humidifier. They left the basement area around the furnace cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you, guys! Definitely a good decision to use this company. I highly recommend them.
