Had an emergency with a water heater. I called Collins Family Plumbing as recommended by a neighbor. They took the time to immediate come assess the situation and make sure we were safe with the gas turned off and that we properly turned the water off to the unit, which was a huge relief. We had a secondary warranty for replacement so they were not able to replace the unit in the end, but great service and if I have other matters needing repair or replacement, I will call them.
