Upon the recommendation of a business associate, who had used Precision, I reached out for an estimate on a 33-year old boiler that had stopped working in the dead of winter. This was my third estimate, in addition to two companies I have used for years. Precision's quick response, professional staff and focused customer care made the decision very easy. Within 24 hours of the initial call, they were replacing my boiler and water heater. Eric B. was outstanding from the initial estimate all the way through the installation. My furnace needed to be replaced. Precision worked with me to select a date that was convenient for me after the holidays. I am happy with the service I received. My technician, Eric, did a thorough job installing the unit as far as I can tell at this point in time. Time will tell if this furnace lasts and performs up to my expectations.
