I was very satisfied with Quality First. My experience started with Emily taking my call around 6:45 PM on 2/20/20. Emily was very sincere and empathetic about the crisis I was going through when I came home from work and found a burst pipe in my kitchen wall. Because I liked how Emily received my call, I proceeded and scheduled a home visit for the next morning. About 8:00 AM the next morning I received a courtesy call from Michael letting me know the technician was 45 minutes out from arriving. Austin was dispatched to my home. He was punctual, professional, courteous and very competent and knowledgeable. I felt confident that Austin was going to identify and resolve the issue in little time, which he did. He also identified other issues that need to be addressed in the future. I am glad I hired Quality First as the 5 Star Review history was completely accurate. There were no hassles or problems whatsoever. I will be contacting Quality First again to do the recommended improvements in the future. I would recommend Quality First to anybody who is needing professional plumbing or heating service!

Could not be happier with the service from Quality First! They worked us in on the same day and our plumber Nate was super attentive to the problem, actually saving us a lot of money by noticing I had bought the wrong size adapter for the supply lines on our new faucet. We were also having issues reconnecting the drain after replacing sink/countertops, so Nate built a custom p-trap to fit the new dimensions. Would absolutely call these guys again but I hope I don't have to!

The most polite, professional company personnel I've worked with period. Every single person I talked with from Quality First was knowledgeable and provided excellent communication where I felt completely valued. The company has great values, packages for covering all needs identified and discovered during the appointments and they also took pictures and showed me in person as well, before and after the work was done. Just an all around awesome experience. Completely satisfied.
