Our toilets were leaking and flushing slowly. We've used Hall's in the past and they did excellent work so we called them again. We accepted an appointment a month in the future since it wasn't an emergency and then passed on a couple of earlier dates. Troy arrived this morning, on time, and we evaluated the condition of the toilets. I decided to just replace them rather then fiddle around. He replaced both toilets before noon. Quick, quiet, professional. 5 stars!!!

Although we had to wait a few weeks to get an apt, we were willing to wait because of how highly recommended the Hall's Plumbing team was. Troy and the team did not disappoint. They talked us through all of the options and give us all the information pros/cons/prices/options and gave us the freedom to choose what would work best for our situation and future plans. I felt like they had our best interests in mind and weren't trying to push anything we didn't absolutely need on us. They ended up replacing a part for the water heater and swapping out our old toilet for a new one. They did an excellent job and even went the extra step to clean up the bathroom from extra water/debris that might have splashed about when the toilets were swapped out. The bathroom looked cleaner than when they came in! Thanks guys. We appreciated your honesty, professionalism, and most of all your quality of work!!
