Adam English	Hired them to rooter a drain. The plumber left and it was still clogged. When the plumber came back to fix it I was charged for another full hour of service. I called to complain and was told "we charge by the hour". Seems to me I paid for the plumber to disassemble the sink, rooter, reassemble the sink, pack up his stuff, leave, come back, unpack, disassemble the sink, rooter, and reassemble. Does anyone else see the problem here? Not to mention not guaranteeing the work would be done right the first time. I certainly won't be using them in the future.
