Scott Bliss	I decided to use Collier Plumbing to install my water heater, they were recommended by Rheem. For any company doing anything in your House my expectation is that they would treat it as if it would be their own. This absolutely was not done on this install. The installer did not put the face plate on, he had the water lines touching the vent line which caused the insulation melt, he did not even screw the vent line down completely, the drain line wasn't connected completely, and the earthquake straps were not properly put back on. I was disappointed with their service which I had to pay for, now now have to fix all these problems. I called them to let them know about these issues and their response was since you fixed them what do you want us to do now?
