This was a tricky situation......He responded to my tenants problem in Calabasas, CA. I, as the owner of the condo, live in Ohio. All negotiations were done via the phone. It turned out to be a bigger problem then original thought. Your employee I think his name was Tim, fixed the obvious problem. However, the problem was not completely resolved. He needed to make a return visit. What impressed me the most was that He had me on the phone going step by step, as to what and why He was doing. So far my tenant is thrilled with the results. Once the first visit did not completely fix the problem.......He IMMEDIATELY returned. No waiting. My tenant was very comfortable with him in person, and I was very comfortable with him via the phone. He left the condo with NO mess behind!!!! He deserves a RAISE!!!!

I came home from a trip and noticed there was water running down my driveway. The next morning I called Thousand Oaks Plumbing and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. Miguel from their team came out immediately to assessed the situation and then contacted his leak detection guy Tim from D. Lewis Co. A few days later they both came to my house and located the pipe that was leaking and completed the job the same day. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they both were and will be referring them to anyone that asks for this this type of service. I highly recommend Thousand Oaks Plumbing you guys are the best.
