This company was sent by our warranty company and I am very HAPPY with the way they worked with the warranty to get our problem fixed in a timely manner. I heard water constantly running in our house and come to find out, we had a pipe leaking under our home, and during the holidays no less. Since we purchased the house recently we didnt know how long it had been leaking. It was leaking at a good rate and made me nervous and was costing us money. We had a company come out initially that said it was a total different problem and wanted to go into the walls, cieling, slab and tile. American classic was our second opinion and within minutes of being here he found the problem under the crawl space, showed us pictures and quickly got an estimate. Nothing had to be torn into after all. He repiped under our home within a few hours and so far so good. Finally I hear no water running! We will definitely use them again! I will update if any problems arise in the future. The job came with a one year warranty and peace of mind. I would definitely recommend this company!

My family and I got upto our cabin in Big Bear about 6 pm 3 days after Christmas, and found that both out heater would'nt work pilot light wasn't lit and the thermostat wasn't communicating with the heater. And on too of that bc the heat was out, some of our pipes were frozen. After calling a few local places, and being told it could be DAYS before they could send someone, I found a "partner" of John's who called John and sent him to our place. John arrived within 45 mins and worked on the heater for over an hour to get us heat. One he found the problem we had to decide if we wanted to pay 500 to fix it it's the original heater to the home fr ok m 1983 or he could be over in the morning to install a brand new one for 1500. We opted to get the new heater. John was AMAZING at trying to get us heat and was VERY professional! We will DEFINITELY be using him in the future with any plumbing or repairs we have in the future!!!! Thank you John!!!
