When your heater goes out in the winter, you need reliable service and you need it fast... that's exactly what this company did for us! The woman who called was incredibly friendly and even made a note to have the tech come early to work around my baby's nap schedule. Juan S. was the tech and he's the absolute best! He arrived right on time, shook my hand, and explained everything he was doing throughout the day. We had to get the entire furnace replaced so he came back the following day with Jason, who was also incredibly nice, polite, and knew what he was doing. Will definitely recommend this company and these guys to anyone looking for reliable, legitimate help. Thank you!

I am working with Eric Young at Dial One Sonshine. He is terrific. Eric is incredibly responsive; remarkable follow up; and the personification of persistent in getting needed parts and help for installation. After using four different plumbing firms, with quite unsatisfactory results, I am thrilled to have Eric and Dial One Sonshine, including the amazing Patrick, working on my behalf. My technician Jesse was extremely professional, punctual and a pleasure to have working in my home. Unfortunately the costs are quite high and when I requested the company to come back and repair the same issue they repaired the week before they wouldn't cover it with their own warranty. I was offered 50 off the regular rate rather than full coverage. The company's position was that the warranty request was a separate issue however it was addressed and dealt with on the initial visit. This is not a negative reflection on Jessie or the manager I spoke with, they have no control over decisions made by the management. They were both a pleasure to work with. I'm very happy with Dial One's courtesy and professionalism, I believe they are very capable and competent. The drawback is very high pricing and in my experience they split hairs on honoring their own warranty. This is my honest feedback.
