I visited European's new kitchen showroom a few weeks ago l when my Sub Zero refrigerator broke down. I was so expensive to fix that I decided to buy another one. Steve, one of the appliance sales people, gave me a tour of their store and it was really impressive. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and instead recommended a Dacor refrigerator that was not only beautiful, but was also about a thousand dollars less than a comparable one from Sub Zeroplus a lot less maintenance. I would recommend that if you need a kitchen appliance you consider European for a great experience.

Paula in tile was amazing! So helpful and down to earth. Showed us all the amazing tiles. My only question is why are all of the friendly, approachable staff hidden in the back? The one up front who used a ball for a chair was from the cast of Mean Girls. Seriously. I give her one star, but five stars for Paula

My family and I were incredibly disappointed in the service, or rather lack there of, that we received at this establishment. Over the course of two days we had spent close to three hours on the showroom browsing with the intent of buying upwards of 10,000 in fixtures, sinks, etc. In that time we were not approached, greeted or even acknowledged to have existed by the employees. We come from the fire kissed hills of Santa Rosa to be ignored when looking to purchase fixtures for our new home. I do not recommend giving this company your money, but instead use their showroom as a reference and order online for much cheaper prices. I assure you, they won't mind, for they won't even say hello.
