I am experienced in home remodeling and construction and as a lawyer and a long time homeowner I am fairly picky about details. I was very pleased with the estimate process and the work. John Owens Services hit all the marks on value and are especially good with their communication and availability. I had a furnace replaced and upgraded and it went well, was done on time early actually and I like the free one year service and the warranty. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top of the line customer service from beginning to end. We were without heat for almost a week, when I called JOSI thanks to another company who charged us without fixing the problem. From the first phone call to the end of the installation, everyone from JOSI was respectful, knowledgeable, punctual, responsive, and simply treated me like a person, not just another "sale". We ended up needing a complete furnace replacement for a 21 year old furnace. On top of everything the final bill came in lower than the estimate! It was a very stressful situation for me in that the furnace was in the attic only accessible through my master closet ceiling, and JOSI made it not only bearable, but actually a positive experience in that we now had heat again!
