Everything about my experience with Elite Rooter was fantastic and easy. I received a call not long after submitting my service request. They were able to send someone out within a few hours. The woman who scheduled my appointment was friendly and helpful. The technician, David, was awesome and very thorough. He called to let me know his timing and sent a follow up text when he was closer. David was very professional. he took the time to cover his work boots each time he came in the house. He was very clear communicating and otherwise helpful explaining everything. I would highly recommend their services if you are in need.

David and his team was fast to respond to my plumbing emergency. He was professional, courteous and explain the different options in details so I can make the best decision. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

When I called to make my appointment, I was told that a plumber would arrive within a two hour time frame. This time frame was only a couple of hours after I called to make the appointment. Greg arrived within the scheduled time frame. He was very professional and fixed our clogged drain quickly! I would definitely call Elite Rooter the next time we have a plumbing problem.
