I had Chandler plumbing repair two trims, two valve and two drain in two bathrooms. I called them they were quick to go and check the site then the guy try to scare me by saying the job is big and they may need to take out the toilet seat even it has not link to the bathroom. They did not finish the job and Chandler did not check with his people before asking for the payment. I need to send them again to change the drain which they promise to change. I think the guy tries to rip you off. I will never hire him again.

I have used Chandler's Plumbing several times for small things toilet valve type of stuff and also big projects replacing water heaters. They have always been professional, thorough, and competitively priced though not very punctual. The price always ends up as quoted or very close. Most recently we had an issue with a leaking water heater that resulted in some mold growth/drywall damage. Ishmael was able to quote a complete solution mold remediation, drywall repair, replace water heater and leaking valves, meaning I didn't have to reach out to multiple companies and try to coordinate all their schedules together. After I pointed out that his workers tracked dirt all over the carpet, Ishmael immediately offered to pay to have the carpets cleaned i.e. he took responsibility rather than making excuses. I would absolutely recommend them for any plumbing project, big or small.
