Our water heater went out and we needed help in a hurry. Called late Friday afternoon and they told us we could have someone there on Saturday. They called early Saturday morning to say they would be out to us in 20-30 minutes. Frank arrived right on schedule. He gave us all of our options and waited around politely while we hemmed and hawed over the price. Frank and Erick took out our old unit, lines, pipes, etc and gave a fully fresh install. The job was neatly and professionally done and our new water heater works great! Thank you Frank and Erick.

I had a great experience with Dave and Oliver, who installed a custom colored vanity and TOTO toilet in my vintage 1930's bathroom. After a previous plumber from a different company told me that both items were too complicated to install, I was nervous... after regrouping with Dave I found out that these items were not as big a deal to install as I had understood. Dave was communicative throughout the installation, informing me of issues as they arose, and asking questions when decisions needed to be made throughout the process.

I am so happy with Frank from Cabrillo Plumbing. He did a great job with assessing the problem with our toilet and explained everything very thoroughly. I have never been more happier with a plumbing company than Cabrillo. We have used them for a few years and their work is top notch! They are very professional and have great customer service. I can't recommend them enough.
