I got a rough quote quickly, which I approved and was told a service tech would be at my place between 2:00 and 4:00pm. Beshad I hope I'm spelling his name right... if not, I apologize and Jose arrived at 4 and proceeded to remove and replace the water heater. Beshad also replaced an old roof vent pipe. fred farley	My previous AC company went out of business and was left with a worthless maintenance contract. Northstar called and offered to honor that contract. Doug came out a few days later, checked everything out and told me I had one more free inspection/repair. Very professional and will renew my contract at expiration. Great job!!
