I had a main line leak. For first appointment, he showed up over an hour late. He diagnosed the problem and said he would come by again in a day or two to fix it. Didn't hear from him for 2 weeks despite texts and calls. Finally got a hold of him again on phone and he said he would come by next day. Never did. A week later 3 weeks now total, he still hasn't responded to texts or calls. Had to find a different plumber. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

I had trouble installing a water filtration system in my kitchen. Tyler came out and fixed it same day. Very reasonably priced, professional, and all-around good guy! Recommend 100!

I called Tyler for a small leak with my kitchen faucet. He agreed to come check it out for a free estimate, but first asked me to text him a picture of where I thought the leak was coming from. I texted Tyler a picture and he immediately diagnosed the problem and told me how to fix it. It was a really simple fix and I didn't have to waste his time or mine by having him come out to my house. And it didn't cost me a penny for his advice. I appreciate his honesty and will be back next time I have any plumbing issues!
