Kenya MD75	Took forever to get my double sided toilet paper shipped to my home. Only to be even more disappointed to discover that the toilet paper holder is two times as big as the picture depicted. Tried to return the product and they emailed a form to request a return. They do not send shipping labels like normal companies to stick to the box and drop off at a postal company. On top of that they stated that I would pay a 35 restocking fee plus shipping and handling. So they would basically get a returned item for free. What a joke. I rather donate it to Goodwill. I will NEVER do business with this joke of a company again nor will any and everyone I know!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
Hari Subramanian	Horrible experience. Having been waiting for my faucet to be delivered for more than 2 weeks. First was told it is being rushed for shipping. Then was told it is discontinued. Next replacement was to be overnighted by yesterday Oct 1, 19. No sign of even shipping confirmation. Calling their office - operator just hangs up! Had to call from a different line to even be answered.
