Plumbing services by A.O. Reed & Co. in San Diego, California

Bought 2 drains at their plumbing supply store. Were "helped" by a gruff older salesman who told us this was the "only one they sold" and that "any idiot could put it in". Well, guess what? We must have been idiots, and our plumber also as neither drain fit our new sinks. When I tried to return them I am female, I was "helped" by another gruff old man who treated me like a simpleton when he told me he couldn't accept the returns because they had been scratched. The chrome that shows was not damaged but he wouldn't budge. Did everything but call me "little lady". We will NEVER buy from them again. Didn't appreciate the attitude.

I can not describe how good it was to work with Peggy at A.O. Reed & Co. She is a master of her craft and demonstrated the best customer service that I have ever gotten.

I visit the store occasionally for my DIY home plumbing progects, and each time I feel good about the store for their friendly and honest help. Today I went to the store for some minor parts, and, without any surprise to me, Stan at the counter helped me with his friendly and expert advice on the project! Well done and thank you, Stan!!!
