John G. Edwards was the tech plumber that fixed my pipes. He was absolutely top notch. I was given a phone consultation and a very thorough detailed email consultation immediately. I was sure I had to choose American Plumbing for how professional and quickly they gave me my estimate and how many photos with explanations of the work needed to be done. Then after work was finished they took photos and details of the work. Not only did they come quickly to give the estimate but also came out quickly to do the work. My french drain in the front yard started to leak after days of no rain and it got me worried. I called multiple plumbing companies and America's Plumbling Co came the next day. Rick C showed up and made a very great impression. He recommended an exploratory diagnosis by excavating possible water line leak and found that water line was right under a big tree. He would come back 2 days later but letting me know he is planning to re-route the water pipe around the tree and how much everything would cost. Rick was very upfront on everything and I would recommend Rick and his company to anyone in need of a plumbing work.
