| Melissa Lausen | From the moment I made the first service call appointment with this company I was put off by this unprofessional company. Unfortunately I had a home owner's warrenty with a company that chose Poe's plumbing for our repair, so I didn't have control over who did the work. The office was the worst, scatterbrained and forgetful, I never received a call before the tech arrived for the job. Techs came out three times to complete the job and were late all three times. The first tech I found sleeping in the van parked in our driveway. He apologized and said he didn't know we were home. The second time the tech was sitting in the van across the street on the phone past the time he was supposed to be fixing our water heater. The work van was a mess, full of trash and the tech was not professional. When our water heater was finally fixed the tech said he was going to give me some special fittings that would make completion of the job faster. He used some sort of crimp ring. After the job was completed and he left I noticed that he didn't turn our hot water back on after turning it off to complete the job. Sloppy work. I would never hire Poe's again. Terrible experience overall. |
