| Darren Murphy | Had these guys out about a year ago with my hot water heater that was 4 years old said he replaced the thermal coupler tried calling him Saturday or hot water wasn't working again no call back called Herks Plumbing they came that afternoon found out the other company put the part with the wrong bracket so it was all loose and went out again. Needless to say got the right part feel like I wasted my money on Johnny's be careful !!! I'm giving one star because it did get me about a year plus it wont let me leave anything less !!! |
