I am so happy I called Quality 1st Plumbing and Drains. We had a leak under our house and our home warranty company was taking days to get anything done. We had to turn our water off, so needed the leak fixed quickly and so I finally called Quality 1st to see if they could help. Sky called me back after hours and said someone could come the next day amazing. I said I would only be home until 10:30am, but since the leak was accessible from outside the house they could pass-by anytime. To my surprise, Nathan showed up before 10:30 and very quickly assessed the problem, proposed a solution and quoted me a very fair price. He had the work done very quickly and left the area he had been working in excellent condition - he even put the bricks back exactly as they had been before. I will DEFINITELY be calling Quality 1st if I have any plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality, efficient and fair/friendly company.

Quality, integrity, and efficiency. I'm very particular about picking plumbers, electricians, and mechanics as you pick the wrong one and you'll pay for it. Quality 1st was recommended by a colleague after my water second heater sprung a leak. I have two heaters in a series which is a bit odd as well as a recirculating pump. Sky came out after hours and did a temporary bypass so we would have hot water. He was then open to discussing options on a new one, offered advice, and gave me a fair price on a new install. Came back out in a few days with the new one and did a great job installing it. I highly recommend using Quality 1st for your plumbing needs.
