Lee Stark	Brennan the service tech was super. However Rose in the office was downright nasty. I own a rental unit and had a problem needing repair. The tech called me to get in. All good. Then I received an email and 2 texts requesting feedback. I called the office to sed what was done. Was told the tech was still on the road and I could call back tomorrow. WHAT???? when I asked if they could call me to let me know what was done....they said no...i would have to call. Will let the home warranty company know that they should choose another company in the future. Brennan....this place doesnt deserve you. You can do so much better.
Austin Scheller	Little slow getting scheduled but that is to be expected. Received a text and a call from Waylon that he was on the way. Waylon was very professional and explain what was wrong. Fixed 2/3 issues in under an hour with parts on hand. Last issue have to get approval from warranty company. Was nervous due to reviews but glad I went through with them. Waylon is a star for this company.
