So the first day of the Shelter In Place order, my water heater decided to bit the dust! So I went online to find a local small business to support. I found Works Plumbing, and I am so glad I did! They came over, and they said they wanted to support a local small business in their community as well, my dog walking company. They gave me a great deal! I was so shocked to see other businesses taking care of another!! David arrived quickly, and they had the water heater picked up, removed the old one and new one installed with in a couple hours! Ray, the manager delivered the new one while David disconnected the old. And then George, the owner came over to introduce himself as a neighbor, as he lives around the corner from me!! What service! My faith in humanity has been restored!! They have me a customer for life!! Thank you!

One of the best plumbing services that the Bay Area has to offer, we dealt with Angel just a phenomenal individual very attentive and punctual. The staff as well called late night and received a call back made the whole family feel in shock in the time of hardship not having hot water is a big downer. But works plumbing went above and beyond the call of duty. Will most definitely have them on our emergency call list going forward. Thank you all for all your hard work!

David came out and cleared the main line. He was very communicative with what was happening. He called the insurance to see if he could use another procedure using the camera...approved and came out the next day to make sure everything looked good. Thanks so much!
