Gurmukh Bansel	Got referred to Juan by Milrand Builders LLC. We wanted to do a trench less repair on our PSL. He told us that trenchless repair is not permitted in oakland. Quoted us on a repair to replace the PSL to main line. He told us he cant donthe job until April. We told him we couldnt wait that long and talked to a different company, Warriors Plumbing, they came out and told us we could do the trenchless repair. Did the repair in one day and got us the PSL certificate. Pipe Spy wanted to charge us over 12k plus the permit . The job would have cost us over 20k and over a 1 month process for the job and permits. Warriors plumbing charged us 8k for the permit, Repair and certificate. I dont recommend Pipe Spy INC to anyone
